    Moving to Tumblr

    July 24, 2015 by Steph32597s

Hey guys! I wanted to write a long post, but it didn't happen this week. But I did make a major decision.

I made the decision to move my blog to Tumblr. This blog was a good start, but I actually want to have more of a following than just the few people that read everytime I post about it on Google+.

I chose Tumblr for a few reasons:

    1. Easier to share on other sites. "Raimundo Pedrosa Should Have Been My Username Wiki" has a really long url and it always has to come along with an explanation on how it got the name and blah, blah, blah.
    2. Easier to see who has been viewing my work.
    3. There are more options of ways to share content. I can blog, share pictures, record videos, etc. Here, I can do all that, but I need a link or I have to upload it to the …

Hey, guys! is is just a segue of sorts between blogs. I didn't receive enough questions or confessions to make the blogs I previously mentioned, but I got one interesting one for advice that I felt like I could make a whole blog about. Also, I didn't want to let the question pass without responding to it at all. So here we go!

"My friend confessed that he blatantly lied to me about a secret. It's someone else's secret, granted, but in this case I'm entitled to know it for protection of my well-being in social relationships. The secret isn't incredibly huge, like cheating on a partner, but it's mildly important. He topped it off by adamantly stating that he won't ever tell me.

Normally I would respect that it isn't his secret to tell, but if …

Oh hi, guys! This is going to be a super short post because I wanted to point out something.

I felt like I have seemed really conceited lately. I've said a lot of things and bragged about myself. And I hate that I've been doing this.

See, I feel like I put myself on some sort of pedestal. I've been giving myself a "Hey! Look at me! I'm special!" vibe, when that is very far from the truth.

I'm just a normal person like all of you. I require food, water, shelter, and oxygen. I give into some of those temptations that I say I'm above. I do a lot of childish things and I want to apologize for hiding them. I genuinely feel bad.

So I have an idea for a solution that might make me feel better, as I believe that I am not the only individual having th…

This is more of an informational post than a social one. It is now a minor issue.

Again, it's probably not appropriate for children.

I'm now getting a ton of crud from the blog post I made this morning. Not from any of you, but from people in my personal life. I was given a talking to/chewed out for promoting responsible sex. Let me repeat that: RESPONSIBLE sex. Seriously. I just wanted to say a few things in response.

I said this in my blog:

Sex is a great thing. Under the right conditions. It is a personal choice that is a very mature one to make. I'm going to offer my views on the topic and if you have a problem with that, turn away now.

I warned people that the blog would be opinionated. And by the title, you can tell that I clearly lost my …

    Exam Stress

    May 13, 2015 by Steph32597s

nnHi, everyone! I have work every afternoon this week, but that won't stop me from getting a couple of blogs out! This time of year is very difficult for nearly every student. If you've been living under a rock or aren't in school anymore, you'll know that May is exam month. Being so close to the end of my school years, I thought I'd share with you how I've managed to get through nearly four years of stress-filled exams.

In my eighth grade year, I took my first exam. I decided to take a Freshman Spanish class, which I loved and learned a lot of useful information in. But one thing I did not realize was that I also had to take this big test at the end of the semester. I really didn't understand what an exam was or why I had to take it. All I…

Hey guys! This isn't much of a blog. It's more of a resource for writers with news at the end. But I hope you like it anyway.

Just a little background, I came up with these questions a few months ago to help me with my characterization. I was planning a new character and I realized how much I didn't know about my other characters.

So I took a few hours to write and answer these questions, then I posted them on one of my characters' Facebooks. So here there are!

    Full names

    Body type and Height

How do your characters feel about their fathers and mothers?

    Siblings

How do your characters feel about their siblings?

    Discipline systems growing up:

I'm back! Sorry it took so long! I just started working again. And it's been very busy so far. Bear with me.

As many of you know, I work at an amusement park as a ride associate (or a ride operator. They are the same thing). If you know the name of it, please do not comment with it, as I could get very much fired for naming it online.

In my amusement park, I work in a location that received two new rides. When a ride is brand new, everyone wants to ride it. If you don't understand that, please go back to elementary school.

So on Opening Day, my area was very busy. Most of us became tired rather quickly. We were stuck at the same rides for hours and only the people under eighteen got breaks.

One of the new rides is very frustrating to operate a…

Hey, ya'll. I'm officially back in school. So you guys probably aren't going to get five blogs a week. I just wanted to write this to tell you that I'm not dead. That, and I have another important rant.

So yesterday, I had a concert. If you're just joining us, I go to a performing arts school.

Anyway. This concert is a very big deal. It's a showcase, which means lots of people and lots of music. The ensemble did seven songs, and we had eight solos/small groups, I think. I'll put the YouTube link at the bottom of this blog.

On the afternoon of the show, we do a matinee for the students. And we're talking about fifteen, sixteen, seventeen and eighteen-year-olds: People who should know how to be respectful during a show, not only because of thei…

Hey! Two blogs in one day. Cray-cray. When will this writing kick end? I like it, so as long as I like it, I'm gonna keep going.

Anyway, let me put some more of my opinion out there. Let's talk about music.

Everyone knows that there are many different types of music. So many types that no one can keep up with it. And then you have a band or a musician that comes into a genre and changes the rules of that genre completely. Think Michael Jackson and Pop music.

I could go on about this forever. Most people dislike boy bands/groups and the entire Screamo subgenre.

By boy band, I mean the definition Wikipedia gave me, which is :

boy band (or boyband) is loosely defined as a vocal group consisting of young male singers, usually in their teenage ye…

Hi, guys! Yesterday, I wrote a blog called Important Rant: Haters. Please read that before you read this. I will refer to it quite a bit.

So, iin yesterday's blog, I talked about things that haters are. I hit three main points that were connected by an underlying theme. The theme was:

"Haters shame people because they are jealous. They feel like they have nothing going for them in their own lives, so they feel the need to criticize everyone else's lives. They are often bullies and/or bullied and they feel like being rude to you is going to make them feel better, only to find out that it accomplishes nothing."

Then I briefly explained how to handle the haters. I basically said "ignore them because there is nothing you can do about it."

    But I th…

I've got the writing bug, if you couldn't tell. Teehee!

I feel like this is self explanatory, but I don't like writing publically if I have no idea what I'm talking about.

This is Google's suggested definition and I believe it to be true.

For this blog, I will be mostly using the first definition, just so we're all clear.

If you don't mind offensive humor, I recommend watching this video. It's an Onision video, if you have an opinion on him. It's called "10 THINGS I HATE ABOUT HATERS". I think it's hilarious. But once again, OFFENSIVE HUMOR. This is your disclaimer, though I'm sure someone will not read this and want to say something rude to me. Just to save you some time, leave me a message here, and please know that I do not care what you thi…

Hey guys. So I joined Ask FM a couple of months ago and someone anonymously asked me what questions I wished people would ask me. And I didn't actually know. So I said "I don't know. But thank you for a good blog idea!"

Everyone occasionally feels like no one cares. And I think that this is because we don't ask each other questions.

Everyone likes to talk about themself. It's not a bad thing. It's the truth. And if you want people to listen to you, you should try listening to them.

So, I challenge you all in your personal lives to ask questions of your friends and your families. I'm going to write a bunch underneath this as examples. There might be bad jokes in there, just as a warning.

The story I read was called, "When the clock strikes midnight" by CM-ha on FF.N. It is a fan fiction of the game Five Nights at Freddy's.

The concept of Five Nights at Freddy's can be considered disturbing, but this story is definitely a little disturbing. It is rated M for sexual content, disturbing themes, language and violence.

Today I'm doing a Favorite Disney Villains List. I know kinda cliche, but I don't much care, I love villains. So without further ado, here are my top villains.

Like most of Disney's great villains, Jafar has a song, which in my opinion honestly sucks, but he didn't get it until the second movie and that whole thing was honestly a bit of a flop. Jafar though, is actually a very competent villain. He manages to get to power through means unknown, at the beginning of the movie he's actually second only to the Sultan and maybe Jasmine. Despite being the Sultan's right hand man, he's also managing to have time for his own experiments and search for the guy who can get him into the Cave of Wonders to get the lamp. He's also clearly murderous, a g…

    Hey all my wonderful readers,

So it has come to my attention that not only is rehashing the old Aang goes north then east then west then back to the middle for the final showdown boring as hell, it's unfair to the other characters! So we're going to be seeing a little changeup in our lineup!

Up til now we've been seeing 4 chapters of Aang & Company for every 1 chapter of everyone else. This leaves me grinding to a halt quite a lot because its hard to serve up good hash when its rehash. So from here on in, we're going to be seeing a lot more of our B & C plots. Sorry D plot, you're just not as fun as I thought you'd be to write, so you're going to have to share with B plot.

So what's all this mean for our favorite characters and plots? Well... …

So I was thinking an decided to make a blog about favorites. I'm going to start with pokemon, because that was what inspired this blog, but I'll update adding comments with lists of other favorite things, and I encourage you to as well.

So my favorite pokemon are as follows (please note, I'm only including pokemon I've had, if I've never caught one, I'm not counting it):

Favorite Dragon Types: Salamence Dragonite and Flygon. I know that's a lot, but they all have very good reasons.

-Salamence is as far as I'm concerned the coolest designed of the three, when I think Dragon type, this monster is what I'm talkin about! It is also very powerful and one of the first Hoenn pokemon I was introduced to.

-Dragonite. I'm not that crazy about the design,…

So I'm sitting around watching my current anime of choice (One Piece), and several characters make that face we've all seen where their jaw drops until their mouth is bigger than their head and their eyes somehow stretch two or three inches out of their sockets. Normally I would simply dismiss this as an animation effect to emphasize their shock, but then I say to myself, "it's One Piece, anything's possible. Maybe they really are making their faces stretch like that."

That got me to wondering, how would they be able to do that? Then I started thinking and realized that there were a lot of things that are portrayed as humanly doable which, I'm sorry, just simply are not. A prime example is Rokushiki, a form of martial arts which allows its us…

So the other day I was chatting with a friend about a story she wants to write, and she brought up having a civilization of fire benders spring up in a desert.

And that got me thinking, do fire benders really fit into a desert? I mean I get it, fire, heat, desert, but why would people in the hottest place available want to make MORE heat? Seems to me they'd want to be able to burrow or pull water from the ground, not spontaneously combust, boiling away whatever precious water's close to you, and drying yourself out in the process.

Fire's a nice self defense mechanism and all, but you'd probably be shooting yourself in the foot if you developed it for life in the desert. Unless we're talking about an arctic desert (tundra) in which case heat …

Islands dot the ocean surrounding the three continents as well. Sailing the ocean is made extremely difficult due to large sea beasts and ancient magics calling up maelstroms and vicious storms so any sane man or woman only goes out into deeper water at their own peril.

    An Audition

    April 20, 2014 by Steph32597s

Okay. So while I was on vacation, I did some actual blogging. I felt kinda angry and upset about school, so I figured I'd try to remember why I came to SOA (the art school I go to). This is about my audition.

    06:31, April 20, 2014 (UTC)

I was pretty much hated at Monroe High School* (a.k.a. Preppy Rich Kid School). I had made some crappy choices while I went through puberty and those choices followed me to high school

At School of the Arts, a vocational school, I figured I’d at least have a chance to be somewhat normal. When everyone was uncool, it was easy to fit in. SOA was an art school for high school juniors and seniors.

My idea of an art school:

A school for burnouts and losers to congregate

They had instrumental music which, in my mind, m…

    Valentine's Day, 2014

Valentines Day is a holiday that I hold close to my heart. It's full of love and respect and-

    LOLWRONG!

Valentines Day is kinda crap for me. Not because I'm not dating anyone (for those of you who know me very well, that is the LAST thing on my mind), but because it's a day dedicated to superficial love.

All around me, I see these false ideas of love. Some people seem to think that love is all romance, all fun, and all easy, and that love is such a great feeling. And again, they're LOLWRONG.

That kind of love is fleeting. It doesn't last. You know what kind of love lasts? The kind that endures.

Feelings fade. They are here today and gone in like, five seconds (especially if you're a teenager. Hormones suck, man). Love is an action. Have you ever…

  • Lyman2

Hey y'all, aren't I so creative? Lol. Anyways, it's Lyman2 (obviously), and I decided to make a blog post because it seems like everyone is doing it. Y'know how it is, gotta stay stay relevant ;D I know you're probably wondering what the purpose of this blog post is (other than the obvious, to blow your minds with my extreme swag) right about now, so I'm going to tell you. Well, not really. I am just going to get into it.

I am sure almost everyone has seen (or at least heard of) the show Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. If you haven't you seriously need to watch it because it is like literally the definition of Jesus. Anyways, I was going to make this post about like, what imaginary friends you would be or like to create one and stuff …

Hello well this is my megafic. The story that has taken me two years just to get all the ideas right in my head.

Basically before the beginning of the first multibending avatar, their was an Avatar for each nation. Unfortunately, they ended up waging wars between eachother causing catastrophic damage. Finally having enough of their bickering, the spirit of the planet created Wan as the first multibending Avatar so he or she could learn to be loyal to people rather than just a specific nation. When Aang is frozen in the iceberg, the cycle begins to create individual Avatars again.

A person can only become an Avatar of their element if their killed and brought back by their deity.

Anming will become the Avatar of Fire during the Siege of the No…

    My Stories

    January 28, 2014 by Empressofmelnibone

Hey everybody. I'm wondering if you guys would be willing to give me feedback on some of the things I write. I'm trying my hand at writing fanfics and would love it if I could get creative criticism, worldbuilding ideas, and such. If you don't mind.

Each draft is down in the category section.

Below are some civilizations of my own.

Prevernalbenders are benders that are born between seasons and have the dual bending elements of whichever elements they are born between.

Moon firebenders worship both the sun and moon at at night their fire turns white as a sign that Tui and La shows her acceptance of them.

Phoenixbenders learned firebending from the phoenix and believe that each day is individualized and each person is reborn each day. They believe …

Author's Note: This is my attempt at making a terribly trollish fanon. Take this as a jab to avatar fanons in general, please DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING UNDER THE LINE OF ASTERISKS SERIOUSLY.

    Moon Festival

    January 27, 2014 by Weilai

Where is that stupid Avatar? Uncle told me he would be here before long. There is nothing here but snowy mountains. The Avatar doesn’t even know my name, so he couldn’t have gone away from the Northern Temple for me. He should fear me, though. I am the most powerful airbender of our family. My twin may have been Lady Jinora’s protégé, but I was the one of us who always came first. Why did he have to make it that complicated? I can’t even trust my own family. Should I even trust uncle Soyun? What reasons does he have to want to kill the Avatar, the force of all good in this world? My head hurts. So what if the Avatar made mistakes? Everybody does, right? Perhaps Tian was right when he left me… Not that he ever wanted anything to do with me.…

Okay. I, Stephanie, am either super complicated or super dumb, because I have a list of questions that I want answered.

See, these questions are probably frequently asked by other people, but no one really ponders it as much as I do. So I'm going to rattle them off and hope they bring up good discussions. Here we go!

    1. In Toy Story, if you pull the string in Woody's back, one of the phrases he says is "There's a snake in my boot". What I want to know is how the snake got there, and how does Woody knows it's in there? Did he stick his foot in and ta-da! There's a snake in there? Did he put it there? Is he making a joke? Whatever. I still want to know.
    2. In SpongeBob, the characters always pull stuff out of nowhere. For example, one time, SpongeBob p…

    Let's start a Wiki!

    January 18, 2014 by Steph32597s

I want this Wiki to freaking rock! So we Admins need to unite as Wiki lovers and make a really great site, alright?

We all need to go out and make a bunch of super awesome friends! TUW is friends with us because we are awesome and friendly. We have to go out and share that awesome with other people.

I feel like I'm recruiting for a religion. XD But I'm not, so don't check out yet!

I know that most people don't wander around and cause trouble, but we have to have a conflict resolution policy of some sort. We're human. Not everyone gets along. But if we can avoid blocking people, we should.

That's all from me for now! Have fun! -Steph32597s (talk) 23:24, January 18, 2014 (UTC)
